Day 1
Departure from New York to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Day 2
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, obtain visa. Transfer to Continental Saigon Hotel. Free time.
Day 3

Walk along the central street of Nguyen Hue with a photo stop at the Central Square, People’s Committee Building, Opera House

Lunch at Pho-24 Cafe – Tasting of Vietnamese lotus tea and luwak coffee

Walking along Le Cong Kieu antique street, visiting a lacquer factory

Transfer to the guerrilla tunnels of Kuchi

- Visit to an exhibition of guerrilla traps;
- Jungle walk: secret entrances and exits to tunnels; air vents disguised as camouflage; field trenches; huge craters from American B52 bombs; “Hoang Cam” field kitchens, guerrilla crafts and life (making cassava flour tortillas); 40 cm high tunnels;
- Guerrilla field kitchen tasting (pineapple leaf and cassava tea)

- Boat ride along the picturesque banks of the Mekong;
- Visit to an orchard, tour of an apiary, tasting of honey drinks. Introduction of musicians performing national songs;
- Horse-drawn cart ride along a village street;
- A ride on a wooden boat on narrow canals;
- Familiarization with local handicrafts (making coconut candy, honey, butter, rice cakes, coconut wood souvenirs; crocodile, snake and python skin products).

Beginning of the tour. Angkor temples: Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon. Lunch on the territory of Angkor (not included in the price), Banteay Srei Temple.

Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel.

Start of the tour. Banteay Srei Temple. Village of rice noodle makers and Butterfly Garden. Climb to the Kulen Plateau. River of a thousand lingams. Buddhist monastery. Ascetic caves and Khmer Rouge trails. Tasting of rice sake and red bananas (in season). Bathing in a waterfall. Lunch.
On the way back, a stop at a palm sugar producer village, Beng Melea temple.
